Run for the Brave Ones!

The third virtual edition of the #CarreraCatalonia5k is back! A solidarity competition that unites us all in effort and motivation. It’s five kilometres run by participants of all ages, each at their own pace! All the money raised goes to the SJD Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona for the research and cure of child cancer.

If you have decided to run the race virtually, join from your home, school or office, you set the pace and the course! You only need to register HERE and follow the instructions from your Smartphone and/or Smartwatch to participate from anywhere in the world between May 19th and 21st, 2023. In addition, all those who register for the virtual race will participate in a drawing for three two-night stays for two people at a Catalonia Hotels & Resorts establishment in Spain. It is a solidarity race, in person in Mexico (Hotel Catalonia Playa Maroma) and in the Dominican Republic (Hotel Pearl Beach Club Punta Cana) and virtual for runners from all over the world who want to participate from anywhere.

If on 21 May 2023 you will be in Mexico near the Hotel Catalonia Playa Maroma or in the Dominican Republic near the Pearl Beach Club Punta Cana… Register for the race that is closest to you and come & run with us! If the on-site venues are a bit far away, don’t worry! You can participate in the virtual race.

21 May 2023 – On-site races in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

19 to 21 May 2023 – Virtual race (you have 48 hours to participate in the race from wherever suits you best).
